Ziabis lives in the Mage Tower in South Qeynos on the Crushbone server. She's been in Norrath a long time and has many interesting items to incorporate into her house. This space is maxed out at 700 items in addition to the 300 or so books!
I had a lot of fun working on Ziabis' place, it was fun to work with all of the unique items. I also contrasted the personal living space with the main house. The main house has a sort of museum feel to it with a lot of items and detail. I thought the simpler living style would be more comfortable for Ziabis and far more relaxing than the formality found in the rest of the house.
